§ 10. Accreditation Restrictions and Disqualifications
IPAPA™ reserves the right to refuse or revoke accreditation for individuals or organizations that:
have been legally convicted of intentional crimes or unethical behavior,
violated applicable laws or ethical standards,
are subject to ongoing legal proceedings questioning their credibility.
Such verification may occur during application or at any time during the accreditation period.
If confirmed, IPAPA™ may terminate accreditation immediately, with no refund of accreditation fees.
