IPAPA™ Code of Ethics
§ 1. General Provisions
The IPAPA™ Code of Ethics sets out the professional conduct standards required of all accredited trainers, training centers, and organizations.
The purpose of this Code is to promote responsibility, integrity, and respect in educational, developmental, and professional practice.
§ 2. IPAPA™ Ethical Standards

Professional Responsibility
- Acting within declared qualifications and expertise.
- Ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in all activities.

Honesty and Transparency
- Providing participants with clear and accurate information about the goals, content, and limitations of programs.
- Avoiding misleading claims about the scope, outcomes, or value of services offered.

Respect for Participant Dignity
- Treating all individuals with respect, regardless of their background, beliefs, identity, or opinions.
- Creating a safe and supportive environment for learning and development.

Confidentiality and Privacy
- Safeguarding all personal and sensitive information obtained during the course of professional activities, unless legal disclosure is required.

Ethical Promotion and Marketing
- Using the IPAPA™ Accredited Seal only in relation to the approved programs, trainers, or training centers.
- Avoiding false or unethical marketing practices.

Commitment to Professional Development
- Continuously improving knowledge and skills in line with current professional standards and research.
§ 3. Accountability for Violations
Any breach of the IPAPA™ Code of Ethics may result in:
- a formal written warning,
- temporary suspension of accreditation,
- full revocation of accreditation.
IPAPA™ reserves the right to initiate an investigation in response to reported violations.
§ 4. Final Provisions
This Code applies to all accredited parties from the moment accreditation is granted.
