IPAPA™ Accredited Seal Usage Policy

§ 1. Purpose of the Document

This document defines the rules and conditions for the use of the IPAPA™ Accredited Seal, which is a registered element of the visual identity of the Institute of Professional Accreditation in Psychology and Applied Sciences (IPAPA™).

§ 2. Right to Use the Seal

  1. The right to use the IPAPA™ Seal is granted exclusively to entities holding a valid and current accreditation from IPAPA™.
  2. The Seal may only be used in connection with:
    • the approved program, course, or training,
    • the accredited trainer,
    • the accredited training center.

§ 3. Permitted Uses of the Seal

  1. The IPAPA™ Seal may be used exclusively in:
    • official electronic materials such as websites, social media profiles, or sales platforms,
    • official documents confirming the completion of the accredited program.
  2. Any other use of the Seal is strictly prohibited.

§ 4. Prohibited Uses and Restrictions

  1. It is strictly prohibited to:
    • use the IPAPA™ Seal for any unaccredited programs, services, or activities,
    • suggest that the entire operations of an entity are accredited if only a specific program or person holds accreditation,
    • modify or alter the IPAPA™ Seal in any way,
    • use the name “Institute of Professional Accreditation in Psychology and Applied Sciences (IPAPA™)” without formal accreditation.
  2. IPAPA™ does not grant any permission for modifications to the Seal or the Institute’s name.

§ 5. Expiry of the Right to Use the Seal

  1. The right to use the Seal expires automatically:
    • upon expiration of the accreditation,
    • if accreditation is revoked by IPAPA™,
    • if the accreditation agreement is terminated.
  2. Upon expiry of the right to use the Seal, the accredited party must immediately remove the Seal and all references to IPAPA™ from all electronic materials and documents.

§ 6. Final Provisions

  1. Violation of these rules will result in the revocation of accreditation and may lead to legal action by IPAPA™.
  2. The current version of these rules is available on the official IPAPA™ website.
