IPAPA™ Accreditation Terms and Conditions
§ 1. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules and requirements for granting, maintaining, and renewing accreditation by the Institute of Professional Accreditation in Psychology and Applied Sciences (IPAPA™).
- Accreditation confirms that the submitted program, trainer, or training center meets the quality and ethical standards established by IPAPA™.
§ 2. Scope of Accreditation
- Accreditation may be granted for:
- a specific program, course, or training,
- an individual trainer,
- a training center or organization.
- Accreditation does not apply to full academic degree programs or activities unrelated to education and human development.
§ 3. Accreditation Procedure
- The applicant submits an application using the official IPAPA™ forms.
- The application must include the required documentation and the applicable fee as per the current pricing list.
- IPAPA™ conducts a detailed assessment of the application against its quality and ethical standards.
- Upon positive evaluation, a certificate and the official IPAPA™ Accredited Seal are issued.
§ 4. Validity of Accreditation
- Accreditation is granted for a period of 12 months.
- After this period, the applicant may apply for renewal by submitting updated documentation for re-evaluation.
§ 5. Use of Certificate and IPAPA™ Accredited Seal
- The IPAPA™ Accredited Seal may only be used in relation to the approved program, trainer, or training center.
- It is strictly prohibited to use the IPAPA™ Accredited Seal in a way that suggests accreditation of other activities, programs, or services not officially approved by IPAPA™.
- IPAPA™ reserves the right to withdraw accreditation in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions or ethical standards.
§ 6. Obligations of Accredited Entities
- Adherence to the IPAPA™ Code of Ethics.
- Consistency of the accredited programs with the submitted documentation.
- Informing IPAPA™ of any significant changes in their offerings or operations.
§ 7. Final Provisions
- IPAPA™ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- The current version of the Terms and Conditions is published on the official IPAPA™ website.
§ 8. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or related to the accreditation process shall be resolved by the competent court in the United Kingdom, where the Institute of Professional Accreditation in Psychology and Applied Sciences (IPAPA™) is registered.
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the applicant agrees to submit any claims or disputes to the jurisdiction of the laws of the United Kingdom.
