How to Apply for IPAPA™ Accreditation
The application process is designed to be clear and accessible to all interested trainers, centers, and organizations. Here’s how it works, step by step:
✅ Step 1: Complete the Application Form
The application form is available on our website. You will be asked to provide basic information about yourself or your organization, as well as details of the specific program you wish to submit for accreditation.
✅ Step 2: Submit the Required Documentation
Along with your application, you must provide:
- a detailed description of the program (objectives, structure, content),
- information about the qualifications and experience of the trainers,
- a signed declaration of compliance with the IPAPA™ Code of Ethics,
- any additional materials required (e.g., syllabi, regulations).
✅ Step 3: Pay the Accreditation Fee
The accreditation fee is listed in the current pricing table available on our website. The fee is non-refundable and covers the complete evaluation and verification process.
✅ Step 4: Application Review
The IPAPA™ team will conduct a detailed assessment of your submission. You may be asked to provide clarifications or additional information. Once your application is approved, you will receive your accreditation decision.
✅ Step 5: Receive Your Certificate and IPAPA™ Accredited Seal
Once your application is approved, you will receive:
- your official IPAPA™ Accreditation Certificate,
- the right to use the official IPAPA™ Accredited Seal only in relation to the specific approved program, trainer status, or training center.
Any other use of the seal requires separate permission from IPAPA™ and may be subject to review.
